Order Processing Time
All orders require 14 to 25 business days for processing and preparation before shipment.
Please note that business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.
 
Delivery Time
Delivery time is not included within the 14–25 business day processing period. Shipping duration may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
 
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Please send us clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.
 
When submitting your report, please ensure that:
•The defect is clearly visible in the photos or videos.
•Measurements are shown using a measuring tape if the issue relates to sizing or fitting.
•All details provided are accurate and complete to help us assess your case promptly.
 
If the 24-hour period passes without receiving proper documentation (photos, videos, or measurements), we will not be able to process an exchange or claim.
 
Exchange Eligibility
•Exchanges are only accepted for items with confirmed manufacturing defects.
•Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
•We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or sizing differences if no defect is proven.

Sheila Fabric and Color
Please note that the Sheila color or fabric texture may differ slightly from the abaya itself. This is due to the use of different materials to achieve the ideal softness, drape, and overall aesthetic of the look.
